My deposit attempt with my credit card was declined

Your deposit may be declined for a number of reasons. Before contacting your financial institution, we recommend you ensure that:

  • your credit card is eligible for international and internet-based payments
  • your bank has no restrictions on your credit card
  • your CVV/CVC (3-digit code found on the back of your credit card)
  • your limits are not exceeded by the deposit
  • your credit card number is entered correctly without any punctuation or spaces
